Buy some drugs at 4am

This year, Arizona joined the world in letting bars stay open until 2am.  Despite the critics, it is not resulted in an increase in alcohol related injuries.  I say we go for 4am and see what happens.

On Unsolved Mysteries the other day, they were describing how good one undercover police officer was.  Apparently, he'd sold drugs to and then arrested the same person three seperate times.  Shouldn't he at least have to share credit with the stupidest criminal of all time?
